Ford notes the Nite Pony appearance package’s price hasn’t changed at $800, and the GT Performance package is lower, down to a $5,000 price tag. The updated BlueCruise is now $200 more expensive, and the delivery charge goes up from $1,500 to $1,800 on all models.
Back in January, and according to the Detroit Free Press, any existing Mach-E customers awaiting delivery of their vehicle will automatically be adjusted to the lower price. Any customers with a sale date after the first of the year who have already received delivery of their vehicle will also get the reduction.
Ford says two-thirds of Mach-E customers are conquests, meaning the customers are coming to Ford from competitive brands, and the new lower prices will only inspire more. The Mach-E was the third best-selling EV in the U.S. in 2022, and has helped make Ford the number two EV automaker in the country, only behind Tesla.
